Cancellation rights
Plans bought online come with legal cancellation rights in some countries. This page explains them, and how to cancel a kemo iptv plan in practice.

Customers in the United Kingdom
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can usually cancel a service contract made online within 14 days, starting the day after we confirm your order. You do not need to give a reason.
If you ask us to start your plan straight away and then cancel within the 14 days, we may deduct an amount in proportion to the service you received up to the time you told us. Once the service has been fully provided, the right to cancel ends.
Customers in the United States
There is no general federal right to cancel an online purchase, but some states have specific rules, particularly for subscriptions that renew automatically. Our plans do not renew automatically. Our refund policy applies in all states.
Customers in Canada
Provincial consumer protection laws set rules for agreements made online, including cancellation rights where required information was not provided. We follow the law of your province, and our refund policy applies across Canada.
How to cancel
Tell us clearly that you want to cancel, by email to support@kemoiptvhd.com or on WhatsApp at +212 781 768 546. You can use this wording:
"I am cancelling my kemo iptv plan ordered on [date], under the name [name]."
We confirm your cancellation in writing.
Refunds after cancelling
Where a refund is due, we pay it within 14 days of your cancellation, to the payment method you used. Our refund policy explains how amounts are worked out.
When your plan ends
Plans are prepaid and stop at the end of the period you paid for. Nothing renews or is charged automatically, so you never need to cancel to avoid a payment.
