Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is kemo iptv, the operator of kemoiptvhd.com. Contact us about privacy at support@kemoiptvhd.com. Our full details are in the legal notice.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, WhatsApp number or email address, the plan you chose, your device type and the dates of your plan.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through the contact form, including any screenshots.
- Payment information: confirmation that a payment was made, its amount and date. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
- Service logs: technical records such as sign-in times and IP addresses, used to deliver the service, keep accounts secure and investigate faults.
- Website data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) and the cookies described in our cookie policy.
How we use it, and our legal basis
- To set up, deliver and support your plan (necessary to perform our contract with you).
- To answer questions you send before ordering (steps you ask us to take before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding).
- To keep the service and your account secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interests).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To send service messages such as plan end reminders. We only send marketing if you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with providers that help us run the service, under contracts that protect it:
- Payment providers, to process your payment.
- Our web hosting and email providers.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.
- Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when this site loads its typefaces.
We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data in other countries. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on safeguards recognized by UK law, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically six years after the end of the financial year.
- Support conversations and contact form messages: up to two years after your last plan ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Service logs: for a limited period needed to keep the service secure, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
In the UK: you can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, to object to how we use it, or to transfer it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
In the United States: depending on your state (for example California), you may have the right to know what we collect, to delete or correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
In Canada: you can access and correct the personal information we hold, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
To use any of these rights, email support@kemoiptvhd.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we reply within the time the law sets.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and up-to-date software to protect your data. No system is perfect, so please also protect your login: do not share it, and never send passwords or card numbers in a message.
Children
Plans are sold only to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies
This site uses only a small number of cookies. Details are in our cookie policy.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell customers about significant changes.
