About these terms
These terms apply when you order or use a kemo iptv plan, including a free trial. "We" means the operator named in our legal notice. By confirming an order, you agree to these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy.
The service
kemo iptv provides access to live channels and on-demand content through a player app on your own device. Player apps are made by third parties; we recommend compatible ones but do not control them.
Channel line-ups and on-demand titles change from time to time, for example when rights or sources change. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, event or title will be available for the whole of your plan unless we have confirmed it to you in writing.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The person who orders is the account holder and is responsible for how the login is used.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown on our pricing page. We confirm the plan and total in writing before you pay. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment. If we cannot provide the plan you ordered, we will refund your payment in full.
Plan length and renewal
Your plan runs for the period you paid for, from the start date we confirm when we send your login. Plans do not renew automatically. To continue, you place a new order before or after your plan ends.
Using your plan responsibly
Your plan is for personal, non-commercial viewing in your own household. You agree not to:
- share, sell or publish your login details, or let people outside your household use them;
- use more simultaneous connections than your plan includes;
- record, rebroadcast or show content publicly, for example in a bar, shop or hotel;
- attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service.
You are responsible for complying with the laws where you watch, including any licence requirements. For example, in the UK a TV Licence is required to watch or record live TV as it is broadcast.
Availability and maintenance
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but internet-delivered TV can be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or events outside our control. Picture quality also depends on your device and connection. We will tell you about planned work where we can.
Suspension and ending a plan
We may suspend or end a plan if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, for example by sharing a login. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we end a plan without fault on your side, we will refund the unused part.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, a price reduction or a refund. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for problems caused by your device, connection or third-party apps, or for business losses.
Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us at support@kemoiptvhd.com. We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly, and we will explain our decision in writing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example to reflect new laws or features. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for, unless the law requires it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
